Enterprises is a quality production machine shop, with extensive
CNC turning capabilities, supplemented with CNC milling, honing,
O.D. grinding, thread rolling and zinc phosphating capabilities.
At Heartland Enterprises, we utilize high pressure coolants,
ceramics and other methods to maximize our high speed machining.
We have extensive knowledge in machining larger parts (up to
30" diameter) from forgings, castings, and bar stock, utilizing
a wide array of materials from special alloys to aluminum. |

| At
Heartland Enterprises, we can maintain tolerances of .001 on
our high speed turning and milling operations and .0002 on our
grinding and honing operations. Because we machine at very fast
rates, we can easily generate finish requirements down to a
4 micro finish. We have also developed extensive experience
in thread rolling (3/4" - 3 3/4" diameter), along
with machining of cylinders, rods, and aerospace disks made
out of special alloys such as titanium and inconnel.

quality control systems comply with the requirements of the
quality systems specified in ISO 9002. Our quality control manager
insures compliance with our quality control and procedures manuals.
Routers follow all jobs, with specific quality control sign
offs at critical stages. Product identification and traceability
are maintained as required. An automatic coordinate measuring
machine is utilized as required. |
